Refund policy
1. General
This website is owned and operated by BAREAURA COSMETICS PVT LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms stated below.
All our products are handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail and classified as personal care & cosmetic items. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per your order.
2. Return & Refund Policy
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and BIS Cosmetics Rules, 2020, the following applies:
- No returns or exchanges are accepted, as our products are cosmetics and personal care items made fresh in small batches especially for customers once an order is placed.
- Products can be replaced or refunded only if:
- Received in damaged condition
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item shipped
Process for replacement/refund:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@bareauracosmetics.com.
- Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- We will verify and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved cases will be refunded or replaced within 10–15 business days.
Please note: The final decision on approving or rejecting a replacement/refund request will rest solely with BareAura Cosmetics.
3. Non-Eligible Cases:
- Opened or used products
- Damage due to mishandling after delivery
- Orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer
We are not responsible for courier delays or theft/loss after delivery is marked as completed.
